I have loved baking since my toddler years while helping my mom in the kitchen and making big messes with flour, sugar, and eggs. Over the years I have experimented with many recipes to bring together the best ingredients and techniques to create an absolutely delectable chocolate chip cookie.
The secret? The made-from-scratch dough is made with fresh organic ingredients and rests refrigerated for 48 hours before baking. Word on the street is that my cookies have the just-right dough to chocolate chip ratio.
Baking for family and friends has expanded to making large batches for parties, socials, family reunions, recitals and other local Raleigh events in need of "the perfect chocolate chip cookies".
